General Partner, Pete Arcilesi, is a Certified Public Accountant who has managed all financial decisions impacting operational success and led large, public builders - most recently as Vice President of Finance for KB Homes.
Sales and mortgage professional, Joe Parker, has excelled in selling new homes throughout his career and has extensive
knowledge in the mortgage business to assist homeowners in all aspects of purchasing a home. With over 10 years experience working with several public builders and lenders throughout the US, Joe has the knowledge and abilities to manage multiple projects successfully.
